If you need to reschedule or cancel any scheduled treatment, please advise us by telephone or in person at least two hours in advance of your scheduled treatment.
Payment in full is due for any appointments cancelled after the two-hour deadline. All appointments are precisely timed. If you should arrive late for your appointment, we will be unable to give you the full service time so as not to inconvenience the next client, however you will still be responsible for the fees associated with the originally schedule treatments.
