Tam has given quality instruction for over 20 years and at Eagle Crest for 7 years. Tam's students enjoy his friendly approach, use of video technology, and comprehensive teaching style. Tam is a graduate of and former University of Oregon varsity player, twice a current course record holder, and played on the PGA Tour as a qualifier in the Northern Trust L.A. Open in 2001. His low tournament round is 64 in a SCPGA event in 2004. In 2008 Tam also captured the Crosswater Invitational. Tam teaches credit classes for Central Oregon Community College and serves as Head Golf Coach for the Redmond High School Men's team. Tam takes your golfing improvement personally and has programs available for golfers of every skill level.
Ron has been helping Central Oregon golfers improve for the past 25 years. Ron’s students enjoy his personable style and his emphasis on keeping golf simple. Ron emphasizes sound fundamentals with a “feel” approach to the game. His students avoid the mechanical trap that engulf so many players. Originally from San Diego, Ron started at Eagle Crest in 1991 and as Director of Golf oversees the golf operation at the Resort. Ron has taught credit classes for Central Oregon Community College for 20 years and is in his 15th year as a Head High School Golf Coach. Currently coaching at Ridgeview High School, Ron has lead previous teams to 2nd place finishes at the 6A OSAA State Tournament in 2008 and 2010. Ron is an excellent player having won several professional events and has set multiple course records. Ron is eager to use his instructional expertise to help all golfers with every aspect of their game.

Kevin started at Eagle Crest in 1991 and has almost completed his Class A PGA Membership. Originally from Prineville, Kevin developed into an accomplished junior player, and earned a scholarship to play at the collegiate level. Since then Kevin has taken an active interest in teaching and currently heads up the junior golf program on the Resort. He also serves as assistant coach at Ridgeview HS. Kevin’s low tournament round is 67 and he has a low career round of 65. Kevin has an easy to understand instructional style with a relaxed approach.
