Howie is originally from Columbus, Ohio. After a successful career as a Human Resources Executive; Howie began his golf career at Eagle Crest Resort in 2004. In the fall of 2007 Howie became the Head Golf Professional at the Ridge and Challenge courses. |

Originally from Chula Vista, CA, Mick started with Eagle Crest in 2001. Mick has extensive knowledge golf club repair and golf equipment and specializes in helping groups find the best tee prize options. |
Shan Hartford
Superintendent Resort Course
Originally from Sisters, OR, Shan started at Eagle Crest in 1999. He became Superintendent in 2004. Shan has 19 years in the turf grass industry with previous stints at Black Butte Ranch and Aspen Lakes. |
Rick Smith
Superintendent Ridge and Challenge Courses
Originally from Redmond, OR, Rick started at Eagle Crest in 1991. He assisted in construction of the Ridge Course and helped to build the Challenge Course in 1999. Rick became superintendent in 2002. |
