THE RESORT GOLF COURSE

The Resort Golf Course at Eagle Crest Resort features two distinctly different nines. The front nine allows golfers to swing away and break out the driver. The back nine places a premium on accuracy, where holes 10 through 15 have out of bounds both left and right. The key to scoring well here is to keep the penalty strokes off your card. Pro Tips & HighlightsPLAY THE RESORT COURSE

The Resort Course’s #2, par-5 signature hole tees off eight stories above the Canyon floor and features a nearly 90-degree dog-leg right. This hole begs the question, “how confident are you in your driver?” If your confidence level is high, a good drive down the right hand side will put you in a position to go for the green in two. However, a narrow fairway protected by canyon walls can exact a steep price for errant shots. The safe play is your most reliable iron and going for the green in regulation. But, as we all know, the safe play will not be the talk of the 19th hole.
