Spending the day on the water is one of the best ways to beat the heat in Central Oregon this summer. We have teamed up with Base Camp Paddle Boards to bring you stand up paddle board rentals, lessons and special events throughout the summer. Whether it’s paddling with the family on the Tumalo River or registering for a private paddle tour on the Deschutes River, there are paddleboard activities for the whole family to enjoy.
This camp is designed to give kids the opportunity to explore and experience a new world on the water. Activities will include a morning full of fun and play on the water while learning to balance on the paddle board. Kids learn basic paddling skills, pre-paddle stretching and on and off water safety with eco-awareness. Kids must be 8 years and older and particpants must be able to swim. Reservation required.
