December 2014 – August 2015
Grab a taste of Pacific Northwest culture on the Bend Brew Bus and The Local Pour. It is our passion to take you behind the scenes at Bend’s breweries, wineries and artisan distilleries – all while enjoying complimentary samples.
The Bend Brew Bus offers daily Bend Ale Trail tours through select Bend breweries. Reserve your behind-the-scenes “beerventure” today.
The Fermentation Celebration is a nod to our amazing craft beer industry in Central Oregon. Not only do our 30+ local breweries have a tremendous economic impact on the community, but they produce some of the best craft beer in the world.
To enjoy the event, purchase a pint glass and tickets, and meander through all 30 beer stations located throughout Powerhouse Drive in the Old Mill District (immediately across the river from the Les Schwab Amphitheater). At each station you choose to visit, you can purchase a 4 ounce taste (1 taste = 1 ticket). Full pint pours from Deschutes Brewery will be available in Center Plaza.
We will have live music and performances from a variety of local bands/groups througout the event, as well as Central Oregon Beer Angels, the Central Oregon Brewer’s Guild, Central Oregon Homebrewers Association, Visit Bend and more.
The Fermentation Celebration is a family and pet-friendly event, but remember, it is centered around beer.
Three days of craft beer bliss on the banks of the Deschutes River!
