At Eagle Crest Resort we want you to have a no hassles reservations experience and it all starts with our Best Rate Guarantee. There’s no need to search for the best deal. When you book directly with Eagle Crest Resort you know you’re getting the best available rate. If after making your reservation you were to find a lower rate we will honor that rate. You won’t be bothered with having to fill out claim forms; you can simply call our reservations team at (866) 723-8652 and tell them where you’ve found the rate. We’ll make an immediate adjustment to your reservation, no hassles. We will match any rate you may find, though the rate must be for the same room type and stay dates, publically available and bookable. If there are any specific rules associated with the rate you find, (e.g. full-prepayment, etc.), your amended reservation would need to follow the same rules.

Our Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to unpublished rates, which are not available to the general public. Rates not available to the general public include, but are not limited to:

• Corporate discount rates.
• Group rates.
• Any rates requiring membership in a club such as AAA rates or AARP rates, affinity program, or other organization where the rates are targeted specifically toward a specific group of individuals and not intended for the general public.
• Package rates that include the room and other components such as travel, car rental, entertainment, and/or non-breakfast meals.
• Rates negotiated for stays extending beyond 30 nights.
• Rates that are available on auction web sites, such as Priceline and Hotwire, that do not disclose the hotel brand until the reservation is completed
